Job summary

Citigroup in Pune invites a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to guide design and implementation of critical systems, aligning with architecture blueprints.

You will mentor mid-level developers, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Kubernetes is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Proven experience in API design, development, and security implementation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of containerized application architecture and deployment, with specific expertise in Kubernetes.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work across multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services domain is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
