Retailcloud is seeking a Senior Java Technical Lead & Architect to drive the architecture, design, and development of its core backend platform. You will lead technical strategy, mentor teams, and deliver high-performance distributed systems across Billing, F&B, Mobile POS, Omni-Channel, and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior (8+ years) with prior Tech Lead or Architect experience on large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience architecting and building large-scale backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, microservices, Spring Boot, and messaging systems.
• Expertise in database design, SQL, and query optimization.
• Ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
• Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud services.
