Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design and build enterprise applications that integrate Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG pipelines. The role requires strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React.js and practical experience delivering production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks, including designing agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool invocation and multi-step task execution.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external services.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval and document-processing pipelines.
• Implement function/tool calling, structured outputs, agent workflows, and conversational interfaces.
• Build REST APIs and microservices; apply enterprise integration patterns.
• Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC), guardrails, access controls and validation for AI outputs and agent actions.
• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing and approving AI-generated actions.
• Monitor LLM usage, token consumption, agent execution and application performance.
• Use AI coding tools for prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring and documentation; review AI-generated code for correctness, security, scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data teams and domain experts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing and API testing.
• Practical, production-focused experience building AI solutions (LLMs, agents, RAG), and familiarity with AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools.
