Citi in Pune, India is seeking an Architecture Lead Analyst to steer IT architecture across major projects, translating complex business problems into scalable tech solutions. You will set roadmaps, ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires deep experience with microservices, API security, and modern data architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, and Kafka, plus Kubernetes deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in designing and architecting greenfield applications as well as modernizing existing applications using microservices-based architecture.
• Proven experience in API design, development, and security implementation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of containerized application architecture and deployment, with specific expertise in Kubernetes.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work across multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services domain is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Management and prioritization skills
• Ability to develop working relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
