Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking a Java Python Full Stack Developer for Pune/Bangalore (Hybrid - 2 days in office). The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Python backend development, frontend with Angular or React, and strong exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

You will work across backend, frontend, and AI components, shaping modern financial services solutions.

Job Summary :
