Job summary

Infosys is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join Infosys Quality Engineering. You will develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for web applications, and contribute to test planning, reporting and quality metrics.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams across locations (Trivandrum, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad) and participate in CI/CD testing, ensuring code meets quality standards throughout the SDLC and STLC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing/QA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Basic API testing knowledge with Postman or Rest Assured.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and share testing status updates and quality-related metrics.
