Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java + React.js Developer with 2-3 years of experience in full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, and SQL databases, with the ability to develop scalable, high-performance web applications and work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components using React.js.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Follow coding standards and software development best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production deployments.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Good understanding of OOP Concepts, Design Patterns, and Exception Handling
• Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA

Frontend Development

• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux
• Experience in responsive UI development and API integration

Database

• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
• Strong SQL query-writing and database optimization skills

Tools & Technologies

• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of Microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks (JWT, OAuth2)
• Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems is an added advantage
