Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Java Developer Lead with 6+ years of experience to join a high-performance backend team. The role focuses on Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices, with emphasis on reactive programming and RESTful APIs.

You will work as an individual contributor across multiple locations including Pune. Requirements include strong multithreading fundamentals, JVM tuning, memory profiling, and RDBMS/NoSQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java development and hands-on work with Java 8 or 11.
• Strong multithreading fundamentals and memory model understanding.
• Proficient in Spring Boot / Spring MVC, Microservices & Reactive programming.
• Experience in building high-throughput, high-performance, zero-downtime systems.
• JVM tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks and heap analysis knowledge.
• RDBMS and NoSQL databases experience; RESTful APIs design/implementation.

• Develop Java backend components as an individual contributor.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with emphasis on performance.

JAVA Developer lead

Experience 6+ years

Apple ODC - Bangalore, HYD, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Bhubaneswar and Pune

Industry Experience of 6+ Years

Should have hands-on Experience in Java 8 or 11. Strong fundamentals with work experience

Must have Multithreading concepts and experience.

Strong in java fundamentals, good in exception handling, memory model.

Must have Spring boot / Spring MVC, Microservices & Reactive programming experience

Experienced in developing high throughput, high performance and zero downtime systems.

Experience in performance tuning of the applications including Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks and heap analysis

RDBMS & No SQL DB knowledge is must

experience in designing and implementing Restful APIs

Java Fullstack/ Java backend This is an individual contributor role and person can be either in Austin to SCV.

Total experience should 6 + at least.
