Job summary

LTM is seeking an senior Java GenAI Architect to lead enterprise AI initiatives across PAN India. You will design GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent solutions and lead Java/Spring Boot microservices and API-first architectures. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You will define AI governance, standards, and architecture roadmaps while steering cloud modernization for scalable, secure AI platforms and copilots in large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• 12 to 17 years of hands-on experience in GenAI, AI platform design and Java ecosystems.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) and REST APIs.
