The ideal candidate will develop intelligent agents and AI-driven
workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and developer productivity across engineering platforms.
Design and implement GenAI-powered applications and agentic workflows within SDLC tools and processes.
Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers for AI-driven automation. Implement vector database solutions for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to embed AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain). Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in RAG techniques, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and embedding models. Familiarity with ML model deployment, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of SDLC best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
Strong problem-solving and system design skills. Plus: Experience with observability agents for monitoring AI workflows and performance
