Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a hands-on Technology Lead with strong Java and React expertise to drive the CCAR platform's design and development.

You will provide technical leadership across backend and frontend teams, define architecture, and mentor developers while coordinating with BSA and business units for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Java middleware experience with Spring Boot.
• Core Java (Java 8+) expertise.
• Front-end experience using React.
• API middleware experience with SOAP and REST.
• Microservices architecture knowledge.
• Strong SQL/database programming skills.
• Experience working in SCRUM/agile environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead application design and development for the CCAR platform, guiding backend and frontend work.
