As a Java FullStack + React Developer supporting IBM on a professional basis across Chennai, Pune, and Bangalore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of end-to-end software construction, microservices implementation, database optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and React, building secure RESTful APIs and distributed microservices, implementing robust ORM layers with Hibernate or JPA, configuring microservice logging, monitoring, debugging, and testing pipelines, managing relational databases such as MySQL, orchestrating containerized workloads via Docker and Kubernetes, integrating messaging platforms like Kafka or IBM MQ, adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles, managing automated build processes with Maven or Ant, and interacting directly with technical recruiters like Nidhi Pathak.
