Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Fullstack Developer (Java Spring Boot+Angular) for Bangalore. The role requires 7 to 12 years of experience and hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Angular, with cloud (Azure) knowledge and DevOps experience.

You will work on building scalable microservices, integrating frontend with backend services, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in Angular framework and integration with REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and cloud deployment architectures.
• Familiarity with AI development accelerators and DevOps tooling (GitHub, Sonar).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of databases (modeling, versioning, indexing).
• Agile/Scrum environment experience and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful services using Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Build responsive Angular front-ends that consume REST APIs.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, logging, and robust error handling.

• Spring Java or equivalent
• Angular framework or equivalent
• Cloud Knowledge (Azure resource, Entra ID or equivalent)
• AI development accelerators( Copilot, Github copilot, Claude or equivalent)
• CI/CD and devops (Github, Sonar)
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring boot, experience developing REST APIs and microservices
• Good understanding of performance, scalability, logging, error handling, and trouble shooting
• Strong knowledge on Angular framework with ability to integrate Angular applications with REST APIs
• Hands on experience with cloud platform : Azure resource
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and deployment of Java/Spring boot applications
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Hands on experience with tools like Github, Sonar and Devops
• Strong exposure to Data base (Modeling, versioning, optimization, indexes)
• Strong experience in Agile /scrum environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, including operations, engineering, automation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation functions.
