Job summary

Hexaware is seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer - Associate - Angular to join our product development team. You will design and implement scalable backend services with Java, Spring, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and modern frontend using Angular or React.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience across Java, Spring modules, REST, and database integration, with strong testing, CI/CD and cloud familiarity. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience 4 to 7 years with hands-on Java, Spring, REST API, JPA/Hibernate, Unit testing, and React/Angular.
• 4+ years core Java, Spring frameworks, Hibernate, SOAP and REST API.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot, REST, and microservices concepts.
• REST Http services design using Swagger/Open API.
• Work with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Batch and Spring Data.
• 2+ years of SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL or any RDBMS integration using JPA-Hibernate and SQL tasks.
• 2+ years of Angular 14+ or REACT JS 18+.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiar with Webpack, CLI and Agile Scrum.
• Good unit testing knowledge.
• Nice to have knowledge in AWS/Azure/PCF.
• Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment is beneficial.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

Job description

Role: Java Full Stack Engineer - Associate - Angular

• Total IT Experience 4 to 7 years with in-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Framework, REST API, JPA, Hibernate, Unit testing and React / Angular.
• 4+ years of in-depth knowledge in core Java, spring frameworks, hibernate, SOAP and REST API.
• Strong experience in spring boot, key annotations and configurations, REST API and development and good knowledge in Microservice concepts
• Strong experience in REST Http services design using Swagger/Open API.
• Work experience in frameworks/ modules like Spring Core , Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Batch and Spring Data
• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL or any RDBMS integration using JPA-Hibernate and SQL tasks i.e. writing stored procedures, complex SQLs, performance tuning, handling transactions.
• 2+ years of Strong experience in Angular 14+ or REACT JS 18+
• Strong experience in Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, Html 5, CSS3
• Working knowledge of Webpack, CLI and Agile Scrum framework
• Good unit testing knowledge.
• Good to have knowledge in one of the cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/PCF
• Familiar with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins.
• Good to have: Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
