Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (Next.js) and FHIR-based healthcare integrations. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable, modern applications with a focus on performance, usability, and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build modern frontend applications using React (Next.js App Router, Server Components) and TypeScript
• Design and implement SMART on FHIR embedded applications
• Develop responsive and accessible UI using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
• Implement scalable state management:
  • Zustand (UI state)
  • TanStack Query (server state)
  • Redux Toolkit (for complex workflows and audit traceability)
• Build real-time dashboards for prior authorisation workflows, audit trails, and decision explainability
• Develop API orchestration or middleware layers using Node.js
• Design and consume REST APIs

Technical Skills

Core Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot
• Advanced experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Experience in FHIR / HL7 healthcare integrations (mandatory or highly preferred)
• Knowledge of Node.js for backend or orchestration layers
