Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Java Developer to design, build and maintain scalable applications. You will work on backend services with Core Java, Spring Boot and microservices, and develop frontend interfaces using Angular 8+ or React.js.

You will collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, implement security with Spring Security, OAuth and JWT, and work with Oracle/MySQL, Kafka and modern development tools to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Core Java, and Java 8.
• Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Frontend experience with Angular 8+ or React.js.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Kafka, JPA, Oracle/MySQL, SQL.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with AI coding tools and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Devin, or equivalent.
• Very strong proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Experience building AI agents and working with Agentic AI is an added advantage.
