Cyient is seeking a Java/Spring Boot developer with 4–8 years of experience to join our delivery teams in Pune. You will translate business needs into technical user stories, design robust microservices, and build scalable RESTful APIs on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Translation & Agile Execution: translate customer requirements into technical specs and user stories and drive agile delivery.
• Microservices Development: design/build/maintain high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• API Management: architect and develop robust RESTful APIs meeting enterprise standards and security.
• Cloud Infrastructure: implement and manage serverless/containers using AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, S3).
• Database Management: write optimized SQL queries; handle NoSQL (DynamoDB).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Requirement Translation & Agile Execution: Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical specifications, break them down into structured user stories, and execute the delivery cycle within an Agile framework.

• Microservices Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, resilient, and secure microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot.

• API Management: Architect and develop robust, clean RESTful APIs adhering to enterprise industry standards and security compliance.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Implement and manage serverless and containerized cloud workloads leveraging core AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, and S3.

• Database Management: Write optimized, high-performance database queries and manage data consistency using both SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB).

• Quality Assurance: Enforce code quality and maintain high test coverage by executing rigorous Unit Testing and integration testing practices.
