Job summary

Agiliad LLC is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join an Agile engineering team building scalable digital customer experience platforms. You will design and develop enterprise backend services and integrate with multiple systems while delivering modern UI experiences.

You will work with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security and REST APIs, plus ReactJS/Next.js frontend, in cloud-native, DevOps–driven pipelines using Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with caching and CI/CD is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Strong experience building microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security, REST APIs and related frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful services and integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP.
• Exposure to UI technologies and frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web app development.
• Strong understanding of API aggregation and performance optimization patterns.
• Experience designing backend services to support high-performance web apps with caching strategies and distributed caching.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in Docker Swarm and Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Groovy, Ansible).
• Exposure to test automation technologies such as Selenium, Cucumber, FitNesse, Mockito, JUnit; strong engineering practices (TDD, Pair Programming, Design patterns).

Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join an Agile engineering team responsible for building scalable digital customer experience platforms. The role involves designing and developing enterprise-grade backend services, integrating with multiple enterprise systems, building modern user experiences, and delivering high-quality solutions using modern DevOps and cloud-native practices.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4-8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
  
• Strong experience building microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Security, REST APIs and related
  frameworks.
  
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful services and

integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), SAP,
and other backend systems.

• Exposure to UI technologies and frameworks such as ReactJS,
  

Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application
development.

• Strong understanding of API aggregation and performance

optimization patterns.

• Experience designing backend services that support

high-performance web applications through effective use of caching
strategies, data aggregation, and optimization techniques.

• Knowledge of distributed and application-level caching

technologies such as Redis, Hazelcast, Caffeine, Ehcache, or equivalent.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

using tools such as GitHub ,Jenkins, Maven, Groovy, Ansible

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting

applications in Docker Swarm, Kubernetes environments.

• Understanding of containerization, orchestration,

release management, automated testing, and production deployment
processes.

• Exposure to any test automation technologies such as

Selenium, Cucumber, Fitnesse, Mockito, Junit, any other testing frameworks

• Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and Design patterns etc.
  
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle or SQL server, Mongo
  
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent coding assistants.
  
• Nice to have: Exposure to Apache web server configuration, application routing, and production deployment
  troubleshooting.
