Cloudxtreme is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead the development of web applications across frontend, backend, and data layers. You will use ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
You will design robust APIs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes, while adhering to best practices and timelines.
Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database components.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support various front-end applications.
Knowledge on cloud infrastructure and deployments like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Take ownership of project deliveries, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Clients, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Demonstrated expertise in ReactJS for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) for backend development.
Experience with PostgreSQL or Similar DB for database design, optimization, and management.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Experience with AI and machine learning techniques.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
