Job summary

Capco in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (5-7 yrs) to work on the Project VAM focusing on Virtual account management solutions for a bank. The role involves leading a geographically distributed Agile Scrum team, guiding technical delivery, and delivering end-to-end solutions across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in core Java (11+), Hibernate, and API development, with hands-on Angular, PostgreSQL, Git, and Maven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 5-7 years of Java Full Stack development experience.
• Experience with Microservices and API development, and Java 11+.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Java Full Stack Developer(5-7 yrs experience)

The position is for a Sr Java developer within Project VAM focusing on Virtual account mgmt. solution for the bank.

Responsibilities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies Mandatory

• Experience with Microservices.
• Experience with API dev.
• Experience in core JAVA 11+ and advanced java (JDBC, Collections, Serialization, Memory management) & hibernate.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of GIT and Maven.
• Hands on experience with Angular development.

Good to Have

• SWIFT MT format knowledge.
• ISO 20022 format (camt52/camt53)
• Understanding of Agile Workflow.
