• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Perform code reviews and guide/support other team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose/implement sustainable solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Self-learner, willing to experiment with latest tools & technologies.
• Experience in Waterfall/Agile development.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
