Job summary

PwC India in Bengaluru seeks a senior software professional with strong Java/JavaScript expertise to design and implement cloud-native solutions. You will work across backend and frontend ecosystems, leveraging Spring, microservices, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver scalable applications.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of experience, deep knowledge of DSA, APIs, and AI-assisted development, and excellent communication with clients and teams in an agile environment.

Job description

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 7-12 years of industry experience in related technologies
• Strong Computer Science foundation (Strong object oriented concept in Java script).
• Strong proficiency in Java programming including Java 11 and above
• Strong expertise in React/Angular
• Experience in Redux
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript
• Basic concept of APIs is a must
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Strong Proficiency in Spring Framework
• Experience with microservices architecture and design principles.
• Proficient in working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in Java and java related technologies in the backend is a must
• Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Practice of modern software engineering including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in planning, designing, and developing cloud-based applications and solving internet scale problems. Work on solving scalability and performance problems.
• Must have excellent client communication skills
• Must have experience in AI-Assisted development
