Job summary

Spekond in Bengaluru seeks a Backend Engineer to design, implement and maintain backend services and APIs. You will work with Java/Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, and relational databases to deliver scalable data-driven features.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in backend and frontend exposure (React), cloud experience (AWS preferred), and a strong grasp of security, backups, and CI/CD practices within high-availability systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in backend and Front end (react) database development.
• Build and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java/Spring/Spring Boot, microservices.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with backend.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and data security considerations.
• DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging) and high-availability systems.

Backend Engineer Job description Experience includes:

4+ years in backend and Front end (react) database development

• Build and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs usingjava(spring/Springboot),microservices,
• Strong expertise in relational databases - SQL Server, MySQL, NOSQL
• Deep understanding of database architecture and design principles
• Strong proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning

Solid backend development experience (APIs, services, data layers)
