Job summary

True Credits in Gurugram seeks a Backend Java Developer with 5-7 years of experience to design and build high-volume, low-latency applications. You will contribute to microservices using Spring Boot, optimize data structures, and implement robust patterns for scalable systems.

Candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of JVM internals, multithreading, SQL/ORM, caching, and collaboration with product and business teams. Prior experience with Git/Jira/Confluence/Slack is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in backend development

• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Relational DBs (SQL/ORM) and caching concepts

Job Description

B-Tech/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

• Working experience in Java
• Strong hands on in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• hands on DESIGN PATTERNS..
• insight of JVM internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) & Multithreading.
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring boot).
• MSA (Micro service architecture).
• Experience with Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, MySQL, SQL and ORM technologies
• Strong knowledge of caching concepts and event driven programming.
• Ability to work with legal, product and internal business owners.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of agile methodologies.
• Cloud technologies and distributed system experience
• Experience in handling highly scalable and fault tolerant softwares.
• Working knowledge in AWS/Linux environment.

Roles and responsibilities

• Backend developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code and review, test, and debug team members code.
