Corporate Workplace Technology (CWT) develops applications and programs focused on supporting the Administration division that provides various critical services across the firm, including Corporate Information Management, Corporate Real Estate, Property Management, Travel, Security and Investigations and several other services.
We are seeking a senior hands‑on developer and architect for a Vice President role within Corporate Workplace Technology. The successful candidate will operate as a technical leader with end‑to‑end ownership of critical applications and platform capabilities, driving architecture, delivery quality, production stability, modernization, and operational maturity. This role requires strong Java and full‑stack engineering experience, deep architecture judgment, and the ability to influence global teams, business stakeholders, and senior technology partners. The candidate will be expected to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions, lead design decisions, raise engineering standards, and deliver robust, secure, well‑tested systems that solve real business problems. The role also requires an ownership mindset, strong communication skills, disciplined execution, and experience applying modern engineering practices, including responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools to improve delivery speed, code quality, testing, documentation, and developer productivity.
