Key responsibilities and qualifications

• Strong understanding of server‑side MVC architecture
• Hands‑on experience with JSP, including:
  • JSP lifecycle
  • JSP directives, scripting elements
  • Expression Language (EL)
  • Custom and standard Tag Libraries (JSTL)
• Solid experience in HTML, JavaScript, and UI integration with JSP
• Strong expertise in Struts Framework (Struts 1.x preferred), including:
  • Action mappings and workflows
  • Form beans and validations
  • Configuration‑driven navigation
• Experience integrating Struts/JSP layers with backend Java services
• Ability to work effectively on legacy codebases
