Job summary

Bounteous in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, implement, and test scalable Java applications, using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

You will build high-performance backend services, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensure code quality with proper tests, and maintain clean, well-documented Java code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven Java development experience.
• Proficiency in core Java concepts (OOP, multi-threading, design patterns).
• Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Spring MVC.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices and containers is a plus.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong debugging and testing skills with TestNG or Selenium.
