Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) specialist to lead technical design, configuration, and deployment across real-time and batch environments. The role requires hands-on OUAF experience, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and a deep understanding of integration with Java, REST, XML/JSON, and Oracle DB.

You will support go-live activities and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will work across On-Prem and SaaS deployments, ensuring performance

Qualifications

• Extensive ORMB experience covering setup, billing, pricing, payments & collections, and GL.
• Strong knowledge of ORMB architecture, framework methods, and infrastructure.
• Experience designing real-time and batch programs to meet business needs.
• Deep understanding of On-Prem and SaaS deployment models and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on OUAF experience with Java, REST, XML/JSON, Oracle DB, Groovy, and plugin-driven batches.
• Proficient SQL & PL/SQL within the ORMB data model for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues using tools like AWR.
• Proven ORMB configuration, extension, and reporting capabilities, including customizations.
• Solid understanding of ORMB table structures, interfaces, and data migration.
• Experience drafting configuration design documents and service/script development.
• Collaborative testing with QA teams and end-to-end validation of customizations.
• Experience providing ongoing production support during and after go-live.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reports: Good to have working experience in BI publisher and Oracle Analytics.
