Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Hyderabad who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The successful candidate will work with Java, Spring, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular. Experience in full stack development, Agile methodologies, and cloud services is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in development. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to mentor junior developers and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.

Service Line Application Development and Maintenance

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular. Implement RESTful APIs and microservice-based components ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Develop responsive, intuitive UI components and pages, integrating them seamlessly with backend services. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality features in iterative Agile sprints. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following coding standards, code reviews, and best practices. Integrate and deploy applications on AWS leveraging cloud-native services where applicable. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack to improve reliability and performance. Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, proposing improvements and new approaches. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices in full stack development and Agile delivery. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a collaborative team culture. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech, BE, ME, MCA, BCA, MSc, BSc). Experience: 58 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in Java with solid experience using Spring and Spring Boot for backend development. Practical experience with React and/or Angular for building modern, responsive web interfaces. Proven experience in end-to-end application development including design, coding, testing, and deployment. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile development teams. Solid understanding of RESTful services, JSON, and web application architecture.
