Job description

The team is expanding and looking for Java developers who can actively contribute to the project, provide technical inputs, and guide the team with effective solutions.

Tech Stack (Required)

• Java (6/8/17/21): Strong understanding of core Java, OOPs, Collections, and backend development.
• Spring / Spring Boot: Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• ReactJS: Good working knowledge of building UI components and integrating with APIs.
• SQL Databases: Ability to work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/MS SQL).
• Version Control: Experience with Git-based repositories.
• CI/CD Exposure: Basic understanding of build and deployment pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps preferred).
• Microsoft Environment: Experience working in MS-based development or deployment environments (good to have).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Java-based applications to support business needs.
• Perform system analysis, evaluate business enhancement requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
• Support the delivery and end-to-end implementation of project deliverables.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution usability, maintainability, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (6 or 8 or 17).
• Experience working with React for front-end development.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies.
• Prior experience working on projects in the banking or financial domain (preferred).
• Ability to contribute ideas, troubleshoot issues, and guide less experienced team members.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
