Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot for production web applications.
• Implement and document RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and backward compatibility.
• Work with relational databases to author efficient SQL, design schemas, and optimise queries.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, profile services for performance bottlenecks, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to ship features via CI/CD pipelines.
