Job summary

LetitbexAI in Hyderabad seeks a Java backend developer with 2–8 years of experience to build and maintain enterprise web applications in a J2EE environment. You will develop backend APIs using Spring Boot, work with REST services, and collaborate with frontend engineers, QA, and product managers.

Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL or other RDBMS), Kafka, Git, Eclipse, and deploying with Jenkins is required; Cloud/OpenShift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in Java building web applications in a J2EE Environment.
• Experience in application development, testing, implementation and documentation of web based applications using Java.
• Experience in J2EE development including Spring, REST, Eclipse, Git, SQL, Kafka.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or any SQL (Mandatory)
• Implement backend APIs using RESTful principles and Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Experience with Cloud, OpenShift is preferred
• Experience in inventory domain preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with a high-level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrated knowledge in building, debugging and maintaining mission critical enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers and lead the development efforts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a dispersed team

• Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the backend codebase.
• Experience creating and configuring deployments in Jenkins
• Experience with Cloud, OpenShift is preferred
