• Define best practices, coding standards, development methodology as part of the master solution design and ensure compliance with these guidelines
• Highlight and resolve solution dependencies on enterprise systems
• Good problem-solving capabilities and troubleshooting skills
• Should have excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Required Skills for JAVA Developer
