Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience as a Java developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
• Experience building API-first services and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on DevOps exposure with CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservice-based APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement best practices in Java and microservices design patterns.
• Work with databases like Oracle and MongoDB.
• Leverage Kafka for distributed streaming data.
• Utilize CI/CD and monitoring tools (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Datadog).
• Explore Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Engage in code reviews and unit/integration testing with tools like SonarQube, Jacoco, JUnit, Mockito.
• Apply Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Primary skill: Good hands-on experience in databases like Oracle, MongoDB etc..
• Secondary skill: Experience in Distributed Event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Secondary skill: Proficient in DevOps / API monitoring Tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins (CI/CD), Maven, Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk etc...
• Secondary skill: Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes & various cloud solutions like Azure / AWS, Hibernate will be an added advantage.
