FPL Technologies (OneCard) is hiring a Java Backend Software Engineer for its Pune (Baner) office. This is a full-time permanent role in the FinTech domain, offering an opportunity to build a consumer-facing credit card product used by millions of users.

The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining Java-based backend systems. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Responsibilities include writing clean and scalable Java code, working with RESTful APIs, relational databases, version control systems like Git, and participating in unit and system testing.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in building large-scale B2C applications, strong knowledge of Core Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms, and familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, SQL, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
