Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a strong Java Backend Developer to join our team in Pune. You will work on backend services with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices, delivering robust, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), JPA/Hibernate, and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL. Exposure to frontend stacks (AngularJS/ReactJS/NodeJS) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on backend development experience.

• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Job description

Role: Java Backend Developer

Location: Pune
Experience: 5+ Years (Hands-on)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer with proven experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The candidate should have a solid foundation in backend development, and some exposure to modern UI frameworks is a plus.

Primary Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• Strong in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate.
• Solid understanding and experience with Microservices architecture.
• Good experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

Nice to Have (Good to Know):

• Exposure to frontend technologies like:
  • AngularJS / ReactJS / NodeJS
  • Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Babel 7, JavaScript ES6, Redux, Redux Middleware, Redux Axios, Webpack 4
• Understanding of OOPS-based UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
