Job summary

LTI Mindtree is seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to build scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies in Agile environments.

The role includes collaborating with architects and product owners to deliver secure, high-performance services, and working with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience with enterprise application development and cloud-native environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs and microservices design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following enterprise design principles.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop reusable, secure, and high-quality code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate backend services with databases, messaging systems, and third-party applications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in application deployment, production support, and defect resolution.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability through industry best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
