Qualifications

• Core Java (Java 8+).
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Hibernate.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD is a plus.
• Familiarity with messaging middleware like JMS/ActiveMQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Lead architectural decisions for modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and secure development guidelines across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive non-functional requirements: scalability, observability, security, disaster recovery.
• Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives for future-ready ecosystems.
• Design and drive enterprise messaging architectures using messaging technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership and architects to align initiatives with strategy.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native practices, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Also ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.
• Design and drive enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures using relevant messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
• Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
