You will lead a team, mentor developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and security. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CS/IT and 5+ years in Java, with 3+ years in team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java & Springboot Developer, with at least 3 years of team handling.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Springboot framework, including Microservices, MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Extensive experience with Java development tools, such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.
• Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Expert knowledge of Java performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
