Job summary

Synechron in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to head a team of Java engineers, build and maintain scalable Java applications, and deliver high-quality software to meet business objectives. You will design microservices-based solutions, apply Agile methodologies, and collaborate across functions to drive innovation and resolve complex technical challenges.

The role requires 5–10 years in Java development, strong leadership, hands-on coding, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of Java development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience delivering Java-based enterprise solutions and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable software designs.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Java programming and related technologies
• Experience in developing Java-based applications and systems
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience

• At least 5-10years of experience in Java development/ Strong in React Or angular
• Proven experience leading a team of Java developers
• Previous experience in delivering Java-based solutions for a large enterprise

Day-to-Day Activities
