Job summary

TekSalt Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Japanese QA Tester with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in functional testing and a JLPT2/3 certification. You will read, write and speak Japanese, work with business stakeholders, and contribute independently in a fast-paced insurance/financial services environment.

Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence, test planning, test case development and reporting is required; Agile testing experience is preferred and automation exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• JLPT certification and ability to read/write/speak Japanese.
• Proven experience in Functional testing.
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders.
• Independently contribute in QA activities.
• Experience with Agile testing is preferred.
• Bilingual Japanese proficiency (reads/writes/speaks).
• Experience in Life Insurance domain is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, develop test cases, and report results.
• Execute functional tests and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and maintain thorough test artifacts.
