Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment

Location : Coimbatore

Role Overview

Deep expertise in Java programming, Java design patterns, and high-performance server-side development.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proficiency in React for frontend development, with experience in state management (Redux, React Query, or Context API).
• Strong architectural skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable, and resilient software systems.
• Demonstrated versatility in multiple front‑end and back‑end technologies such as Spring, React, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience leading technical initiatives such as refactoring, performance optimization, or major feature development.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native architecture and working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, including cloud services for AI/ML, data storage, and processing.
• Advanced knowledge of search and retrieval technologies, including platforms like ElasticSearch, Apache Solr, or similar. Experience with AI‑driven solutions, NLP, semantic search, and text processing techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scrum and JIRA experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology‑driven company.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills, with experience handling production‑level issues and performance tuning.
