J_1302 - Electrical Design Engineer – Wiring Harness (Zuken)

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting knowledge of wiring harnesses and electrical routing for material handling industry, Electrical vehicle industry or similar sectors.
• Create component, wiring harness 3D models & 2D drawings along with schematic using NX Tool
• Interpret electrical schematics and translate them into harness layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and release.
• Select appropriate connectors, wires, and protective coverings based on application.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g. UL, ISO, SAE).
• Maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) and documentation for harness assemblies.
• Should be able to work individually and/or with a small team actively to do on time delivery.
• Ensure the deliveries are met as per the set requirements and timelines.
• Ensures design correctness and completeness for all wiring harness, schematic & wiring harness installation releases within the area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of wiring harness installation will be value added.
• Knowledge of supporting prototype builds and resolve issues during testing and validation will be value added.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
