Role name and description

A Senior should be able to lead teams of Analysts and Advanced analysts and be responsible for client service delivery for a particular geography, area or specialization. Reporting into a Manager or Senior Manager, they will assist the management team in developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed effectively

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review US international tax forms like Form 5471, 8858, 8865 and other relevant disclosure statements
• Should have experience working on foreign income inclusion calculations like Sub part F, GILTI, Sec 78 gross up, IRC 163j (including group election)
• Guiding the junior members in the project team
• Decent skills on MS office application. Specifically, MS Excel
• Ability to adapt to the changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of using OneSource Income Tax and/or CorpTax. Ability to explain return to provision differences
• Ability to understand international reports and help in finalizing inclusions within OneSource Income tax/or Corptax
• Basic understanding of provision, reasonable involvement in provisions - whether quarterly or annual computations
• Analysing transaction slides and identifying disclosure requirements, preparation of statements
• Experience on E&P and PTEP Study - Impact of repatriation, tax position at US level
• 987 technical understanding and population on forms
• Experience in Country-by-country reporting under 8975
• OBBBA rules - overall understanding
• Experience: 4 - 6 Years
