JD/Requirements:

Vodafone Product team is looking for a Senior IT Product Manager for supply chain who will work with various teams such as Process Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Cross-functional teams, SI, etc., leading major transformation projects across all SCM areas and providing overall direction.

The candidate should be an SAP Subject Matter Expert and strategic leader, capable of supporting both technical and process challenges, acting as a product champion, and defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in the supply chain space. They should effectively communicate and articulate product strategies to company leadership and set growth paths for the products. Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers to build high-quality SCM products that solve complex problems and deliver optimal solutions is essential.

What you’ll do

• Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain products; present and articulate this strategy to leadership.
• Coach, guide, and mentor product managers to develop supply chain solutions addressing complex problems.
• Collaborate with Business and Operations teams across regions to build and evaluate business cases, including cost and benefit analyses for product investments.
• Partner with business units, Engineering, and third-party teams to develop innovative solutions for supply chain challenges.
• Build and own scalable, multi-tenant products/platforms applicable across geographies and business units.
• Communicate product strategies and vision to senior leadership and stakeholders; drive go-to-market strategies for adoption.
• Leverage data to inform product decisions and influence prioritization and design of solutions.
• Navigate conflicting stakeholder priorities by making data-driven decisions based on enterprise and customer value.
• Manage end-to-end project demands, from requirements to business as usual.
• Provide leadership and expertise in solutions supporting revenue and cost processes, including workshops, design, testing, training, deployment, and data activities.
• Support implementation teams, SI, GPO, GPL, and SSO teams to deliver projects and programs.
• Validate functional and technical designs provided by SIs, discuss HL architecture, and guide operational teams or stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of technical topics and drive innovation in major capabilities.
• Analyze quarterly release functionalities to prevent regressions and guide business on new features.
• Drive customer and client needs understanding, including journey mapping, process optimization, and communication techniques.

What you’ll bring :

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, including procurement and retail processes.
• Strong technical and functional experience with SAP ERP.
• Experience with SAP MDG for Master Data integration and data migration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a product owner/manager and leading teams.
• Experience managing large transformation projects/programs.
• Strategic business acumen for evaluating and implementing business cases.
• Knowledge of concepts like First Principles, MVP, Whole Product, Crossing the Chasm.
• Experience in building data-driven optimization solutions is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for advising senior leadership and partners.
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
• Management consulting background with quick learning and decision-making skills.
