Job summary

Zetwerk is hiring a Service Engineer to install, commission, test, and service EV chargers at customer sites across India. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues.

The role requires basic wiring knowledge, safety awareness, and a willingness to travel to various locations.

Qualifications

• ITI Freshers with Electrical/Electronics/Electrician/Fitter backgrounds are eligible.
• Strong fundamentals in electrical wiring, circuits and fault diagnosis.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple customer sites.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

Position: Service Engineer / Service Technician
Experience: ITI Freshers / 0–2 Years
Qualification: ITI – Electrical / Electronics / Electrician / Fitter
Location: Multiple Locations across India
Industry: EV Charging / Electric Mobility

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of EV Chargers at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and communication-related issues in EV charging systems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of EV charging equipment.
• Diagnose faults using basic electrical/electronic testing tools.
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with the technical/support team for complex technical problems.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure proper functioning of chargers after installation and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working at customer sites.
• Travel to different customer/project locations as required.

Eligibility:

• ITI Freshers from Electrical / Electronics / Electrician / Fitter trades can apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
