Job summary

LT Foods is seeking an IT Internal Auditor (ITGC) to join the Internal Assurance team. This individual contributor role focuses on SAP-enabled control environments and strengthening system-driven process controls.

You will independently perform ITGC, SAP application controls, and technical control testing with emphasis on automation, continuous auditing, and risk mitigation to support financial integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• B.Tech (IT) or MBA (Finance) or CA.
• Mandatory working knowledge of SAP ERP (S/4HANA) for internal controls, IT audit and finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial controls and system-based controls.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform ITGC and SAP control testing across SAP S/4HANA.
• Execute technical SAP testing using system reports, logs, and configuration reviews.
• Ensure SAP controls support financial reporting integrity, compliance and risk management.
• Drive shift from manual to system-driven automated validation in controls.
• Support design and implementation of continuous auditing/continuous controls monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate redundant controls.
• Enable faster control testing during monthly and quarterly closings, system changes and upgrades.

Job description

We are looking for a IT Internal Auditor (ITGC) to join our Internal Assurance team. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for professionals with strong exposure to SAP-enabled control environments and a passion for strengthening system-driven process controls.

The role will play a critical part in enhancing our internal control framework by independently performing IT General Controls (ITGC), SAP application controls, and technical control testing, with a strong focus on automation, continuous auditing, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform ITGC and SAP application control testing across SAP S/4HANA
• Execute technical SAP testing using system reports, tables, logs, and configuration reviews
• Ensure SAP controls effectively support financial reporting integrity, compliance, and risk management
• Drive the shift from manual control testing to system-driven and automated validation
• Support the design and implementation of continuous auditing / continuous controls monitoring within SAP
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate redundant controls
• Enable faster and efficient control testing during:
• Monthly and quarterly financial closures
• System changes, rollouts, and enhancements
• SAP upgrades, S/4HANA transitions, and digital initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen overall governance and control maturity

Education & Qualifications

• B.Tech (IT) OR MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute OR Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Mandatory working knowledge of SAP ERP (S/4HANA) from the perspective of Internal controls, IT audit and Finance transformation perspective
• Strong understanding of business processes, financial controls, and system-based controls

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ITGC testing
• Experience in SAP controls testing in SAP-enabled environments
• Hands‑on exposure to SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) from a control perspective:
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
