The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking an experienced Italian Head Chef to lead the hotel's busy culinary outlet. You will drive menu development, manage food costs, and ensure the highest standards across all dishes while supporting the brand’s playful and vibrant guest experience.

You’ll mentor a dynamic kitchen team, balance labour with COS targets, and champion freshness and provenance of ingredients in a fast-paced setting in Bengaluru city centre. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef in Italian cuisine within a fast-paced hotel or restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead a culinary team and drive menu development.
• Strong cost control and KPI management for labour and COS.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & MarketingforThe Hoxton, Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

• Lead a dynamic outlet culinary team.
• Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development.
• Have a firm grip on the costs of the restaurant kitchen, from labour through to always striving to find efficient solutions whilst maintaining the quality and integrity of the menu.
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.
