Responsibilities
Hands‑on experience in deployment, management, and administration of enterprise security solutions including DLP, SASE, EDR, Antivirus, Database Encryption, IC S/OT Security Solutions, Azure Information Protection (AIP), CrowdStrike, IDS/IPS, etc., across Kia India.
Ensure all security solutions are regularly updated with the latest security patches and configured in accordance with global best practices.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses and subscriptions for all security solutions to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Ensure alignment of all security solutions and practices with Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) global policies and standards.
Prepare and provide timely, accurate responses to audits conducted by the HMG audit team, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and other regulatory/compliance audits.
Strong knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) and ISO/SAE 21434 standards; ensure execution of Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) to achieve vehicle type approval/certification.
Regularly review and update information security policies, procedures, and regulations in alignment with HMG global policies and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.
Monitor third‑party vendor security activities and execute the annual vendor audit plan.
Conduct information security awareness training during employee onboarding and for existing employees.
Coordinate with the IT Security Incident Management Team for effective incident response and reporting.
Hands‑on experience in managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the Information Security Dept.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly security reports and annual business plans to senior management.
Contribute to process improvement.
Conduct security reviews and risk assessments for new projects, system enhancements, and existing infrastructure.
Prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to security solutions by coordinating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
