Robotics Technologies invites applicants for a 60-day intensive internship as a US IT Recruitment Manager on a night shift at our Hyderabad office. Successful interns transition to a permanent full-time role with performance-based incentives.

• Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and successful placements.

About the Role

Robotics Technologies is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our US IT Recruitment Manager . This role starts with a 60-day intensive internship designed to train you in the nuances of the US recruitment market. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will transition into a Permanent Full-Time Role.

Internship Phase (First 60 Days)

• Duration: 60 Days
• Stipend: 3k per month (Training Period)

Work Schedule

• Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any Bachelors Degree (Graduated: 2023 or Later).
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
